    Compensation and Benefit Associate

    Job Purpose

    • To drive the payroll strategy that supports business divisions by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services, while providing proactive, customer-focused support, guidance, and resolution of compensation and benefits matters for operations staff.

    Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

    Payroll Management and Benefit activities

    • Coordinate the MPR report and collate feedback accordingly.
    • Validate pre-payroll data for operations team (new hires, terminations, leaves, promotions, etc.) and input approved changes into the HRIS.
    • Ensure all operation new hires and reinstated employees are accurately captured in the system for payroll processing.
    • Prepare final entitlements for operations employees exiting the organization through resignation or retirement.
    • Monitor the accurate processing of operation staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
    • Monitor and guide stores on staff coverage and collate their responses.
    • Prepare payment requests for each division in alignment with payroll summary totals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations (FIRS), and company policies.
    • Prepare and execute monthly payroll activities, ensuring all employees are paid promptly and accurately.
    • Ensure accurate computation of store incentives for both monthly and quarterly cycles.
    • Ensure all employees in incentive-eligible stores are paid correctly.
    • Monitor breakfast entitlements to ensure all eligible stores are paid and supplied accordingly.
    • Upload exit data collected via email and MPR into the HRIS.
    • Ensure accurate and proper staff deductions
    • Support and monitor officers and interns in the execution of assigned tasks.
    • Conduct refresher training for all stores quarterly on the usage of HR process and HRIS
    • Employee Support & Issue Resolution
    • Address payroll inquiries (suspended salaries, tax issues, refunds) promptly and professionally.
    • Support the employees on Pension and Tax registration
    • Guide employees on payroll policies, payslips, and document approval.
    • Collaborate with HR/Benefits teams to ensure correct benefit enrolments and deductions.
    • Provide support to store teams in the effective use of the ERP software and all HR platform
    • Ensure all inquiries and complaints received via email are responded to and resolved within 24 hours.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare monthly report on number of documents approved.
    • Prepare report on number of store with store coverage responses
    • Prepare report on terminal computation
    • Prepare report on absence and product shortage deduction
    • Prepare report on monthly breakfast supply
    • Prepare a monthly report on the exit reasons for staff who have left the organization.
    • Maintain deduction schedules (HMO, loans, uniforms, staff meals) and ensure proper payroll documentation.
    • Support internal/external audits by providing requested payroll records and resolving discrepancies.

    Job Specifications

    • Minimum of university degree or equivalent in Industrial Relations and Labour
    • Membership of the CIPM, or any other related professional qualification is required
    • 2 - 4 years working experience in HR field

    Human Resource Officer

    Job Purpose

    • To provide administrative support functions to the Human Resource operations department
    • Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

    Records Management

    Create and manage the HR Database

    • Share database information with only approved recipients
    • Keep the records, documents and files, relating to all employees of the organization
    • Make available for all staff within the division directly or indirectly through line managers, all work tools or conditions that contribute to or enhances the delivery of excellent performances from employees

    Human Resources Administrative Functions

    • Prepare and deploy payroll activities every month and ensure all employees are paid promptly and correctly
    • Provide staff with all required forms when requested for, such as, Leave Forms, Loan Forms, Medical forms, Pension forms, Tax forms, etc.
    • Remit taxes and payroll deductions in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all PFAs update employees’ records with their pension contributions 2 weeks after remittance
    • Act as an Interface with Admin department on issues relating to Admin’s support, e.g., travels, stationeries, uniforms, etc.

    Departmental Correspondence

    • Keep all correspondences, memos, reports and certificates in each employee’s and also the department’s files
    • Track the in and out of the files and the document contents of the files
    • Ensure all due correspondences, memos, reports and certificates are tracked in each employees files
    • Provide updates and action logs on all departmental correspondences and follow up prompt deliveries by the assigned, summarizing your report to the Human Resource Manager weekly.
    • Perform any other related task as may be assigned from time to time

    Knowledge Requirements

    • Knowledge of QSR/ Food Industry Trends and processes
    • Knowledge of Process Management, Knowledge and Application

    • A good first degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
    • Membership of CIPM, HRCI or any other related professional degree is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required

    Network Support Officer

    Job Purpose

    • The Network Support Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for the organization’s network infrastructure. The role ensures reliable connectivity across all locations by monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting network security controls, and assisting in the
    • maintenance of network devices and services.

    Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

    Network Operations & Support

    • Provide first- and second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.
    • Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and resolving connectivity issues promptly.
    • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity problems.
    • Support network uptime for business-critical systems such as POS, ERP, email, and collaboration tools.

    Network Administration

    • Support IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and basic routing and switching activities.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and IP inventories.

    Security & Compliance Support

    • Monitor for suspicious network activity and escalate potential security incidents.
    • Support compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and audit requirements.
    • Participate in vulnerability remediation and patching activities.

    Infrastructure & Vendor Coordination

    • Work with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and network vendors to resolve outages and performance issues.
    • Support installation and rollout of network equipment at new or existing locations.
    • Track hardware warranties, licenses, and support contracts for network devices.

    User Support & Training

    • Provide guidance to users on basic network-related issues such as Wi-Fi access and VPN connectivity.
    • Support onboarding of new employees with network access and connectivity setup.
    • Assist in developing simple user guides for network services.

    Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

    • Maintain logs of network incidents, downtime, and resolution times.
    • Generate periodic reports on network performance and availability.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, security, and scalability.

    Other Duties:

    • Support IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

    • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (Cisco, Ubiquiti, etc.)
    • Experience in managing multi-site networks with centralized monitoring.
    • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server networking features (Active Directory, RADIUS, etc.)
    • Ability to use network diagnostic tools (Wireshark, traceroute, ping, etc.)

    Job Specifications

    • 1–4 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
    • Hands-on experience supporting LAN/WAN environments and Wi-Fi networks.

    Warehouse Supervisor - Oregun

    Job Purpose

    • To manage the various elements of the supply chain in such a manner that ensures goods and other inventory items are transported, stored and delivered on time and in good condition to the production units, stores and the regional warehouse hubs

    Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

    • Identify and implement cost saving measures to reduce Food Concepts’ cost of storing and handling goods/equipment
    • Generate and analyze reports at pre-defined and agreed intervals to aid decisions relating to inventory and working capital management
    • Ensure accuracy of stock picked for shipment
    • Ensure zero stock losses both in Warehouse and in-transit to stores and regional warehouse hubs
    • Ensure full monitor adherence to health, safety and environmental guidelines
    • Ensuring receipt of goods in line with specifications on purchase orders or as instructed by Supply Chain Division
    • Application of appropriate asset management procedures in order to achieve maximum return on assets
    • Continuous evaluation of warehouse security and implementation of necessary measures to maintain safety of stock.
    • Develop preventative maintenance systems and contingency plans.
    • Ensure supervision of picked stock in staging area of the warehouse
    • Support in the offloading and loading of stocks in the warehouse
    • Participate in cycle counting and monthly stock count activities
    • Maintain high standard of housekeeping and hygiene in work area assigned
    • Provide regular update on stock position as may be required
    • Responsible for  monthly stock reconciliation with Central Kitchen, Pie Production Units, Pie Xpress Kiosks and Chicken Republic outlets

    Knowledge Requirements

    Job Specifications

    • Minimum of University Degree/OND/HND
    • Membership of the CIPS, CILS, CILCS, CISCOM, Lean Six Sigma or any other related professional qualification is an additional advantage
    • Minimum of 3-4 year working experience
