    Coating Supervisor

    Job Summary: 

    • The Coating Supervisor will be responsible for supervising surface preparation, coating, and painting activities to ensure the protection of piping, structures, and equipment from corrosion and environmental exposure.
    • This role ensures compliance with approved work pack, overseeing contractor performance and unblocking SIMOPS related challenges during execution.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site briefings to align work priorities.
    • Oversee surface preparation methods onsite across assigned work locations
    • Ensure proper selection and application of coatings, primers, and corrosion protection systemfollowing approved work packs. 
    • Ensure coatings are applied as per specifications, including DFT (Dry Film Thickness)measurement, adhesion testing, and curing verification
    • Identify defects, improper applications, or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous coating materials (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, zinc coatings).
    • Supervise and coordinate contractor personnel and coating crews, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
    • Track and report material usage, wastage, and reordering requirements.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • HND or bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.3 years of experience in industrial coating, corrosion protection, and field supervision within  LNG, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
    • Strong knowledge of coating types and application techniques.
    • Familiarity with international standards 
    • NACE or SSPC certification (CIP Level 1, 2, or 3) is a strong advantage.

    CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Engineer

    Job Summary: 

    • The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Engineer will be responsible  for maintaining the integrity of fabric maintenance activities by ensuring the effective utilization of the CMMS.
    • This role involves coordinating activities done in the CMMS and  ensuring compliance with industry CMMS best practices to enhance data integrity and  reliability analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Populate all equipment, piping and structural asset maintenance activities correctly in the CMMS.

    • Prioritize work orders and schedule effectively to minimize downtime.
    • Monitor and update job plans, spare parts inventory, and asset maintenance histories in the CMMS

    Contracts and Costs Specialist

    • The Contracts and Costs Specialist will be responsible for contract management, cost control, and financial oversight of fabric maintenance projects.
    • This role ensures that contracting strategies, procurement processes, and cost management frameworks align with corporate policies, budgetary constraints, and international best practices.

    • Support in the development, reviewing, and bid stages up to contract award
    • Ensure effective contract execution by monitoring contractor performance, deliverables, and  adherence to SLAs.

    • Develop cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for maintenance projects.

    Insulation Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    Materials Coordinator

    Job Summary: 

    • Materials Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials required for fabric maintenance works.
    • This role ensures materials are available when needed while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Work with Fabric Maintenance Planning Engineers, Fabric Maintenance Field Coordinators, Asset Teams, and Procurement Staff to forecast materials requirements
    • Source materials from approved vendors in line with defined fabric work scope.
    • Raise materials requisition in SAP Project System and SAP Plant Maintenance for fabric activities, follow up on approval and maintain materials traceability plan/tracking dashboard.
    • Support price negotiations, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Inspect in collaboration with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) of incoming materials to ensure they meet company specifications and industry standards.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and adherence to inventory control guidelines to minimize waste and shortages.
    • Generate reports on stock levels, procurement costs, and logistics efficiency.
    • Address material shortages, supply chain issues, or procurement delays proactively.

    • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Logistics management  systems.
    • Strong understanding of IT systems that support Logistics
    • Experience working with compliance requirements.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
