Scope Continuity Engineer at Dover Engineering Limited

Job Summary: 

• The Scope Continuity Engineer will be responsible for managing medium- and long-termfabric maintenance project scopes and ensuring the effective utilization of the CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• This role involves coordinating scope development, optimizing maintenance workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define medium-and long-term fabric maintenance project scopes in collaboration with the Engineering and Asset Teams.
• Validate scope and ensure scope consistency across departments, preventing scope creep and misalignment.
• Assess and manage scope changes as necessary, also ensuring availability of budget, and resources.
• Continually develop value drivers and critical success factors for conceptualized programs.
• Ensure all equipment, piping and structural elements maintenance activities are  accurately documented in the CMMS.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
• Ensure work orders are prioritized and scheduled effectively to minimize downtime.
• Generate reports on active fabric projects, potential risk visual on scope changes, and  value management metrics. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• HND or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, Industrial  Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across maintenance, CMMS administration, or 
• project management in the oil & gas, manufacturing, or energy sector.
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Project  System.
• Knowledge of maintenance workflows, preventive/predictive maintenance, and asset  reliability.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 55000 (Asset Management) and best 
• practices in maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
