The Maintenance Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, planning, and optimizing fabric maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and longevity of piping, equipment and structural assets.
The role involves coordinating work scopes, preparing detailed execution plans, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations and HSE requirements.
The incumbent will work closely with engineering, maintenance, assets and operations teams to ensure proper readiness for execution of fabric maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop fabric maintenance plans for piping and equipment.
Define work scopes, methodologies, and resource requirements for fabric maintenance activities.
Ensure alignment with shutdowns, turnarounds, and asset integrity programs.
Collaborate with operations, HSE, and project teams to ensure safe and plans for maintenance activities.
Identify material, manpower, and equipment requirements for planned maintenance activities.
Integrate HSE requirements into maintenance planning to ensure compliance with safety policies.
Create detailed work packs, job plans, and execution schedules using applicable tools.
Develop risk-based work prioritization frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or asset management within LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical industries, or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
Familiarity with engineering codes and standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
