Head of Leasing Operations (Napep, Bike, Car Leasing) at Petty Systems

Requirements 

• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in Napep, Tricycle leasing
• Prior Experience with companies similar to strong understanding of collections, recovery and Asset control 
• Proven record of maintaining high performing loan/lease portfolios
• Deep understanding of asset backed landing risks 
• Ability to scale operations across multiple locations 
• Oversee leasing disbursement, monitoring and collections
• Track portfolio kpls, PAR, default, rates utilization, Rol
• Work with risk and credit team to improve underwriting standards
• Prepare weekly and monitoring performance report for management 
• Ensure leased Asset are properly insured, maintained and documented 
• Develop and Enforce repossession and reassignment procedures
