    Marketing Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the school’s image, increasing student enrollment, strengthening relationships with parents and stakeholders, and coordinating marketing and communication activities. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
    • Promote the school’s programs, achievements, and activities through various communication channels.
    • Manage the school’s social media platforms and website content.
    • Design and coordinate advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and branding activities.
    • Organize and participate in school events, exhibitions, open days, and community outreach programs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with parents, prospective families, corporate organizations, and the community.
    • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare periodic marketing reports and enrollment performance updates.
    • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
    • Ensure consistency in the school’s brand identity and communication materials.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Minimum of [2–3] years’ experience in marketing, preferably in an educational institution.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong marketing and branding abilities.
    • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
    • Good writing and content creation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
    • Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
    • Knowledge of graphic design tools is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Full-time position.
