Retail Store Manager at Wholesale Beauty Hub

Role Overview

A Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a "lead-from-the-front" mentality, capable of managing both the customer-facing sales floor and the critical administrative functions handled by our Retail Support team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining premium brand standards, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff and support officers. Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tactics to achieve store KPIs and sales targets. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth running of the sales process, from inventory management and stock replenishment to order processing and invoicing.
• Customer Excellence: Act as the final point of escalation for customer inquiries, ensuring every visitor receives a premium brand experience.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high store standards, ensuring displays are consistent with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
• Administrative Coordination: Work closely with the Retail Support Officer to ensure accurate record-keeping, CRM management, and seamless inter-departmental communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in Retail Management (Beauty or luxury retail experience is highly regarded).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
