In- Store Sales Associates/Beauty Consultants - Retail Cosmetics at DachPharma Limited

DachPharma limited a specialty cosmetic development company that specialises in developing high performance haircare, skincare and babycare brands is looking to recruit in store sales associates to engage customers and promote sales of its branded products in select stores. We are looking for high performing customer engagement and driven sales associates who can support our expansion into different stores and regions of the country.

To carry out the role effectively, the candidate must be able

• To train effectively on each product, the candidate must have capacity to read, memorise and articulate product information to a high level.
• Good communication skills to engage customers on product usage, sampling and effectiveness.
• Regular attendance to the chosen store is compulsory.
• Previous experience in sales and brand merchandising.
• Support our Brands effectively within their chosen stores.

Our Superseller Reward Scheme allows you to earn high rewards weekly and monthly asides a basic salary. Our in house training avails our sales associates training to become experienced beauty consultants with in-depth knowledge of ingredients and dermatology built into our training schedules. 

The following locations are available Lekki-Ajah, Lekki-Jakande, Lekki-Phase 1, Egbeda, Igando, Isolo, Ikeja (ojodu, GRA), Ibafo. Candidates who live in Benin-city and Abuja are also welcome to apply.
