    Digital Sales Associate

    We are looking for a smart, persuasive, and customer-focused Digital Sales Associate to help drive online sales growth across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging customers online, building trust through communication, and supporting customer conversion activities across multiple digital channels.

    This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, sales-oriented, responsive, confident using social media and online communication tools, and passionate about customer engagement and business growth. Basic familiarity with social media platforms, online customer engagement, and digital communication tools is an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Engagement & Sales

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, website channels, and other online platforms
    • Guide customers through products/services and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs
    • Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and timely follow-up
    • Assist with daily engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments and direct messages
    • Identify potential sales opportunities from online interactions and customer engagement activities
    • Support promotional campaigns by sharing offers, product updates, and marketing campaigns online
    • Monitor the performance of online promotions and engagement activities and provide feedback where necessary

    Audience Engagement & Lead Generation

    • Support and participate in online audience engagement activities such as live sessions, webinars, online product showcases, community discussions, and interactive hosting programs
    • Help coordinate and host online engagement programs designed to attract audiences, increase brand visibility, and generate sales leads
    • Engage online audiences confidently during live interactions while promoting products/services professionally
    • Follow up on leads generated from online campaigns, events, and audience engagement programs

    Content & Brand Support

    • Assist in posting product updates, customer testimonials, promotional campaigns, and educational content
    • Help maintain a professional, engaging, and trustworthy online brand presence
    • Support the creation of engaging social media content including reels, carousels, short-form videos, and promotional posts
    • Assist in planning and maintaining a basic content calendar to ensure consistent online activity and audience engagement
    • Monitor content performance across digital platforms and track engagement metrics such as views, clicks, comments, inquiries, and conversions
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve audience engagement and lead generation
    • Support simple online advertising activities such as boosting posts and promoting campaigns when required
    • Contribute ideas for social media content, audience interaction, and campaign improvement strategies

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in online sales, customer service, digital marketing, or social media management
    • Basic understanding of running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google platforms
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent persuasion and relationship-building abilities
    • Ability to close sales confidently and professionally
    • Good understanding of social media platforms and online selling techniques
    • Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, creative, and target-driven

     Salary & Benefits

    • Compensation: Competitive base salary (150,000-200,000) + performance bonus (based on sales and service KPIs)
