The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for developing, tracking, and optimizing detailed maintenance schedules to ensure the timely execution of fabric maintenance activities.
This role involves coordinating with engineering, operations, assets and contractor teams to align maintenance tasks within project timelines while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed schedules for fabric maintenance activities.
Use scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to create and optimize work plans.
Align schedules with planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and routine maintenance programs.
Identify and allocate resources, materials, and workforce requirements for each scheduled activity.
Track and update schedules based on real-time progress, material availability, and operational constraints.
Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate safety inspections, audits, and PTW (Permit-to-Work) procedures.
Generate reports on schedule adherence, work completion status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze historical maintenance schedule adjustment/learnings to optimize future scheduling tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences.
5+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling and project planning within LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical industries or manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and SAP Plant Maintenance.
Familiarity with engineering standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
