    Hospital Administrator & HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with healthcare standards
    • Manage administrative functions including scheduling, facility management, and compliance
    • Handle end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
    • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in hospital administration and/or HR management
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and HR practices
    • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

    Human Resource Manager

    Role Overview

    • The HR Manager will lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and HR policy development.
    • The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic startup setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
    • Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
    • Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives

    Requirements

    • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
    • Solid understanding of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance
    • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is essential
    • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

    Dispatch Rider

    Responsibilities

    • Pick up and deliver official documents, letters, parcels, and packages between company offices, clients, vendors, and other designated locations.
    • Handle bank-related errands including cheque deposits, withdrawals, account documentation submissions, and collection of bank statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assigned items while maintaining confidentiality and security of documents.
    • Maintain proper records of all deliveries, pickups, and errands completed (logbook or digital tracking).
    • Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Ensure proper custody and safe handling of sensitive or confidential materials at all times.
    • Liaise with internal staff to confirm delivery instructions and ensure clarity of assignments.
    • Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition, including routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes, and general maintenance.
    • Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.
    • Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety policies while on duty.
    • Assist with basic office support tasks when not engaged in dispatch duties, as assigned.
    • Ensure professional conduct and representation of the organization at all times when interacting with external parties.
