Context / Scope
- A key contributor to the success of the HPZ commercial strategic plan with an effective and flexible field sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in both volumes driving & brand building activity.
Key Accountabilities
- Development of Joint Business Plans for managing selected Key accounts
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs
- Drive Customers’ health check (TGM% & Debtors Day)
- Define and execute strategies and plans for the key accounts in line with business requirements and growth projection
- Lead the implementation and excellent execution of all channel/category activities for key account channels
- Oversees the process of Credit Management
- Drive the process of Business Planning Review for the function
- Actively participate and provide inputs into the Commercial Planning process, support development and implementation of channel, category and customer strategy and plans to achieve the overall field sales objectives
- Ensure development of careers and coaching of reports
- Work with other leadership team to identify and develop successive business leaders.

- Availability and quarterly reviews of annual Joint-Business Plan with Key Account
- Target vs. Actual monthly/yearly performance (volume/value, KPIs etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed
- First Degree in any discipline
- Post Graduate degree will be an added advantage
Experiences:
- 6+ years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
- Experience in either Channel, Customer or Field Sales management
- Experience in managing Retail outlets
- Demonstrated success in other roles.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team
- Has People management experience.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Business strategy development
- Working Knowledge of core Commercial Planning process (IMEX, CPM, Battle Plan, Risk & Opps, RiRo, SLOBs).
- Knowledge of Field Sales, Channel and Distributor Management
- Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities

Job Purpose
- To provide Human Resources welfare support to employees on a day-to-day basis in a result oriented way
Reporting Relationships
- This role reports directly to the Head of Reward & Shared Services for Africa.
- Also works with other HR Administrators responsible for HRIS, employee records, data updates, welfare and projects.
- Works closely with payroll, HRBPs and HR Advisors
Principal Accountabilities
1). HMO
- End to end administration from registration of New Joiners to
- Resolving of issues as regards HMO, hospital or benefits covered
2) Contract staff; Direct & 3rd Party Administration
- Registration on SAP
- Process of monthly salary using invoice
- Renewal of contract as at when due
3) Staff products administration + Tuck-shop
- Monthly Ilupeju and Ikorodu Tuck-shops stock count with Finance Rep.
- Stock up the tuck-shop after account has been balanced
- Send notification to business for collection roaster
4) Transfer Allowance processing for Managers
5) Various Staff benefits processing
6) Site, first aid clinics, EAP and other clinics
- Renewal of contract when due
- Management of clinic
- Supply of basic needs in the clinic
- Ikorodu clinic is handled by Ikorodu HR both Ilupeju and Ikorodu clinics are oversee by central
- Administer all HO first aid boxes
7) Group Life Insurance
- Annual registration
- Death benefits processing
8) NSITF Benefit
- Processing of NSITF claims
9) CANTEEN
- Processing contracts, essentials for use, escalating issues for resolution on time etc.
- Subsidy is given per location
10) Annual and Quarterly Long Service Award administration
11) Annual Car Insurance processing
12) Input to Monthly Headcount Report, Dashboard and Board Report for Africa operations, in excel and power point as needed
13) Annual Welfare budget preparation
14) OTHERs
- Ad hoc project or task as required by HR Team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use.
- Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving.
- Confidence and skill when presenting information to different audiences.
- Excellent work organisation
