    Graphics Designer & Product Photographer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Product Photographer to join our team.
    • In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and high-quality product images that enhance our brand identity and drive customer engagement.

    Responsibilities

    Graphics Design:

    • Collaborate with the E-commerce and creative leads to develop and maintain brand guidelines, brainstorm and execute creative concepts, while ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
    • Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) is a plus.

    Product Photographer:

    • Capture high-quality product images that showcase features and details, enhancing the overall customer experience.
    • Set up and manage lighting, backdrops, and props to create visually appealing product displays.
    • Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet brand standards and are optimized for web and print use.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to select images that align with marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Maintain an organized archive of images and manage the photography workflowAny Academic qualification is acceptable with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and product photography.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and product photography.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom).
    • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.

    E-commerce Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven eCommerce Officer. In this role, you’ll lead our online retail strategy and enhance our website's visibility.
    • You will oversee and be responsible for the eCommerce operations while implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
    • You will collaborate with marketing, web development, and content teams to achieve business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the overall eCommerce strategy to improve the online visibility of the brand, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer experience.
    • Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.
    • Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
    • Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and testing opportunities, and recommend new opportunities to internal stakeholders and partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
    • Provide guidance and support to other team members on e-commerce SEO best practices and strategies
    • Optimize website content, product descriptions, and metadata to improve search engine rankings. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and SEO (Experience in the retail fashion industry is an added advantage)
    • Proven track record of driving online sales and improving website rankings.
    • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
    • Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, HubSpot, etc.
    • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Instagram, FaceBook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
    • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus
    • Ability to build reporting based on web behavior and key SEO metrics
    • Able to effectively operate and complete complex tasks with minimal oversight
    • Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting
    • Strong visual, and verbal presentation analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
