Health Care Assistant – Medical Equipment & Consumables at Syntop Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Health Care Assistant to join our medical equipment and consumables wholesale & Retail store.

You will support customers by providing expert advice on medical products, assisting with purchases, and ensuring excellent service in a retail healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility & Support, and consumables (gloves, bandages, syringes, wound dressings, etc.)
• Demonstrate proper use of medical devices and equipment to customers.
• Help customers select suitable products based on their needs and doctor’s recommendations. maintain accurate stock records.
• Provide basic after-sales support and follow up with customers when needed.
• Report low stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Requirements.

• Certificate in Health Care Assistance, Nursing Assistant, or related field or SSCE Certificate with Experience in a medical store, or healthcare setting.
• Good product knowledge of medical equipment and consumables.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and trustworthy personality.
• Ability to lift light equipment.
• Basic computer skills (for sales and inventory).
