    Fleet Manager (Logistics / Transport Manager)

    Job Description

    • Direct and implement activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
    • Planning, organizing, and managing all operational activities
    • Directing and implementing investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
    • Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures.
    • Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
    • Promoting safe work activities by conducting safety audits, and attending company safety meetings.
    • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
    • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
    • Generate additional business from existing customers
    • Implement Customer relations strategies designed to retain old customers and attract new ones.
    • Secure charter and other services for the company.
    • Generates daily sales reports and submit same to finance department.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Management or related fields.
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Proven work experience in transportation and logistics.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft office

    Job Description

    • Develop and executive sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
    • Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
    • Researching and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
    • Conducting promotional activities.

    Admin / Human Resources (HR) Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
    • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
    • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, human resource policies, and procedures.
    • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
    • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
    • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience

    • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
    • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
