    Digital Marketing Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Create SEO-optimized content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to promote Friska products.
    • Website Management: Update and maintain the WordPress website, ensuring it is functional and user-friendly.
    • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize web pages, and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility.
    • Paid Advertising: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Email Marketing: Assist in planning, creating, and executing email campaigns with list segmentation and performance tracking.
    • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments to grow Friska’s online community.
    • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics like traffic, conversions, and ad performance, providing actionable reports.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Proven experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
    • Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with website management.
    • Experience running paid ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Strong content creation skills for digital platforms.
    • Basic video and graphics editing skills
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Prior experience in digital marketing or a related field is an advantage.

    Logistics Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock audits.
    • Order Processing: Help process and track incoming and outgoing orders to ensure efficient handling and timely delivery.
    • Transportation Coordination: Schedule and coordinate transport logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • RHE Communication: Communicate with regional hub executives to arrange shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve any logistical issues.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all logistics documents are up-to-date and assist in preparing regular reports on logistics performance and inventory status.
    • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any logistics issues, delays, or quality concerns with a focus on minimizing disruptions.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N90,000 per month.

    Telemarketer

    Responsibilities

    • Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals
    • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
    • Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals
    • Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy
    • Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information
    • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs
    • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes
    • Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefits.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
