    Credit Officer

    Job Description

    • Promote / marketproducts to prospective client
    • Visit and evaluate potential client businesses.
    • Visit Co-debtor, guarantor’s house and businesses.
    • Analyze financial data of clients’ businesses.
    • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client businesses and households
    • Prepare loan documents for Credit Committee.
    • Present loan files to Credit Committee.
    • Enter loan files on Bankone.

    Post-loan Disbursement:

    • Conduct monitoring visits to businesses and households.
    • Follow-up on loan repayment.
    • Manage loan recovery from active and write-off clients until the last.
    • Assess the impact of a loan before renewal.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

    Teller / Cashier

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
    • Informing customers about bank products and services.
    • Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
    • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault.
    • Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
    • Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
    • Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
    • Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

    Job Requirements

    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire excellent staff.
    • Hearing & resolving employee conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
    • Training, counselling and coaching of employees.
    • Champion the onboarding and induction process, ensuring the process is done in smooth and timely manner.
    • Conducting and scheduling performance appraisals in a timely manner.
    • Recommending HRpoliciesand procedures as and when required.
    • Maintaining workplace health and safety compliance.
    • Monitoring staff attendance and overtime.
    • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
    • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
    • Monitor scheduled absences such as leave or travel and liaise with managers to ensure that staff absence has been adequately covered for to avoid disruption to business activities.
    • Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR federal and state requirements.
    • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
    • Ensure that all staff operational resources/materials are available (e.g. staff uniforms, name tags, ID cards etc).
    • Ensuring that a proper filing system is maintained for all staff information and records.
    • Ensure the timely and smooth run of the monthly payroll process.
    • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
    • Perform other necessary HR related duties and administrative tasks as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
    • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
    • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
    • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
    • Extensive knowledge of HR laws and policies.
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

    Customer Service Officer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Ensure full understanding ofthe bank products and effectively explain product benefits and features to clients.
    • Ensuring pro-active service to customers by adhering to Bank’s standard customer service delivery turn-around time.
    • Managing customer inquiry with regards service points within the branch where clients can be serviced through accounts opening packages, cheque books, customer statements etc.
    • Maximising Customer Satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional service and complaint management..
    • Understand fully all Petra MfB products and services and procedures.
    • Effectively engage clients to educate clients on all products and cross sell services and products as required.
    • Ensure proper customer account opening documentation and filing
    • Handling customer complaints and servicing customers’ inquiries.
    • Co-planning local marketing and sales activities, reviewing results and determine improvements.
    • Maximise customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Mimimum qualification of B.Sc or HND
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a micro finance bank
