    Consultant, Human Capital

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic human capital advisory services to clients, including talent management, organisational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
    • Lead the delivery of hands-on HR Consulting mandates for clients.
    • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and deliver proposal, customized training programmes and workshops tailored to the needs of clients.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and implement effective learning solutions.
    • Identify and develop opportunities to sell and cross-sell services to new and existing clients.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Supervise HR operations and strategy-relatedresponsibilities within the company.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are an added advantage.
    • Minimium of 7 years of work experience in Human Capital or related fields. (Human Capital Consulting experience will be an added advantage)
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes and initiatives.
    • Detail-oriented, result-oriented, ability to multi-task with a high level of enthusiasm for the role
    • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and business development skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
    • Not more than 37 years.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Align financial plans with the bank's strategic business objectives by developing functional financial objectives and strategies for the bank, contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations on strategic thinking and direction.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls to protect the organization's assets.
    • Conduct environmental scan for economic trends and revenue opportunities, identify and analyze acquisition and expansion prospects, analyze operations and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement,accumulating capital to fund expansion.
    • Coordinate and supervise the accounting function of the bank, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.
    • Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Identify investment opportunities and maintain relationships with the investment community to maximize return on invested funds.
    • Establish finance operational strategies, evaluate trends, establish critical measurements, determine productivity, quality and service delivery strategies, design systems, generate resources; resolve problems and implement change.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with relevant professional accounting certification; MBA is added advantage.
    • Not less than 10 years post qualification experience, with 5 years in senior management positions.
    • Cross-cutting, work experience in accounting and finance at a senior level, with ability to conceptualize, plan, analyze and forecast funding needs and secure new funding.
    • Senior level exposure in the financial services industry.
    • Proficiency in contemporary accounting software, and MS Office.
    • Logical, result-oriented, and well organized, with proven problem- solving ability.
    • He/she must have good managerial and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have sound communication skills and decision-making skills.
