    Business Development Executive/ Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • The Business Development Executive solicits new clients to meet and exceed goals by making cold calls, direct sales calls and following up and converting potential sales leads.
    • Maintains relationships with existing clients through the competition of the sale and efficiently responds to all inquiries made by potential customers via phone or email.
    • Establishes and maintains regular contact with clients and accounts in order to introduce and promote business in accordance with company goals, marketing initiatives and sales expectations.
    • Calls on prospects to solicit business to create a strong pipeline of future business leads.
    • Responsible for spending sufficient call time to ensure a robust sales funnel of leads and prospects to achieve or exceed established sales goals. Depending on experience level, maintains a communicated and expected number of sales calls per day. Through self-motivation and determination ensures that established sales goals are met or exceeded.
    • Meets and reports to the Sales Manager.
    • Utilizes department technology to consistently maintain a detailed, organized and thorough database of a predetermined number of clients including cold, warm and active leads.
    •  Manages and takes responsibility for the entire sales process.
    • Actively seeks continuous skills development.
    • Prospect within assigned territory to obtain new business and upsell existing clients
    •  Propose solutions and price quotations to close new business opportunities.   
    • Exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
    •  Provide input into territory marketing programs for specific services 
    •  Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions

    Qualifications:

    • Must have 2+ years of success in business-to-business, territory sales 
    • Proven track record of prospecting, pitching and closing new clients
    • Positive attitude, self-driven, results oriented and excellent rapport building skills
    • Strong time & territory management skills and ability to work well independently
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Outstanding work ethic

    Compensation:

    • Competitive base salary
    • Commissions, HMO and Pension.

    IT/Website Maintenance Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
    • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
    • Website and software application maintaining.
    • Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
    • Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
    • Directing or performing Website updates.
    • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
    • Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
    • Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices.
    • Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
    • Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
    • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

     Requirements

    • Proven experience as IT Personnel.
    • Basic knowledge and experience in programming applications.
    • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
    • Dedicated team player.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
    • Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
    • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
    • High degree of independent judgment.
    • Able to solve complex problems.
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
    • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
    • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
    • First Degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field plus other relevant certifications.
    • Proximity to our office location is key

    Compensation:
    HMO and Pension.

    Salary 90,000-100,000
