    IT Support Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations of company technology infrastructure.

     Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
    • Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
    • Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools
    • Maintain IT documentation and service logs
    • Assist with system upgrades and deployments
    • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary
    • Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
    • Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices

    Requirements
    Skills:

    • Wind:ows and/or macOS operating systems
    • Microsoft 365 / Office applications
    • Basic networking

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    Job Description

    • The MIS (Management Information Systems) Accountant is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational data to support management decision-making.
    • This role bridges accounting and data analysis by ensuring accurate reporting, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
    • Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for business insights
    • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
    • Reconcile data between accounting systems and MIS reports
    • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
    • Support audit processes by providing required data and documentation

    Qualification and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field with 2-3 years experience
    • Professional certification e.g ICAN is an added advantage
