Technical Co-Founder at a Reputable Company

Location: open to relocate to the UK (preferred)

We're looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up, not just join another startup.

What You'll Do

• Lead all technical strategy and product development.
• Build and scale the MYSUGA platform from MVP to millions of users.
• Design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate AI models and build intelligent user experiences.
• Recruit and lead the engineering team.
• Work closely with the founder on product vision and company strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong software engineering experience (5+ years preferred).
• Full-stack web and mobile development.
• Flutter or React Native.
• Backend development (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
• API architecture and integrations.
• AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Database design (PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB, etc.).
• DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Git.
• Strong cybersecurity and data privacy knowledge.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience building AI products.
• EdTech, parenting, or children's technology experience.
• Knowledge of recommendation systems or personalization.
• Startup or venture-backed experience.
