    Job Summary

    Watershows Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s online presence and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, showcasing completed projects, promoting services, and driving brand visibility across social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, reels, and captions) showcasing projects such as swimming pools, spas, waterfalls, and fountains.
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
    • Monitor social media trends and apply relevant strategies to increase engagement and reach.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with project teams to capture site progress and completed works for content creation.
    • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads.
    • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
    • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage.
    • Ability to think creatively and work independently.

    Work Schedule

    The Social Media Manager is required to work three times(3) a work.
