  • A growing Nigerian breakfast FMCG brand on a mission to make mornings easier for busy families.

    Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Busybreakfast is a growing Nigerian breakfast FMCG brand creating convenient, delicious breakfast solutions for busy families. We need a marketer who turns attention into sales: people who discover Busybreakfast, try it, buy it and buy it again.

    Type: Part-time, 20 hours a week

    Working hours

    • Monday: 1pm–7pm, remote
    • Wednesday: 9am–3pm, onsite in Igbogbo, Ikorodu
    • Thursday: 1pm–3pm, remote
    • Friday: 1pm–7pm, remote

That is 20 hours a week. Posts must be scheduled ahead.

    What you will do

    Content

    • Keep a simple weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
    • Write captions and promotional messages in the Busybreakfast voice.
    • Plan simple photo and video shoots built around the product, the kitchen and our customers.
    • Reuse customer reviews and customer photos.

    Paid ads and growth

    • Set up and run Meta ad campaigns within the budget we approve. The budget starts at ₦50,000 a month and will not go above ₦100,000 a month.
    • Test different pictures, messages and offers, and find which ones lead to real purchases.
    • Help turn Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries into orders.
    • Run simple campaigns that bring past customers back to reorder.
    • Look for creators and partnership opportunities.

    Reporting

    • Update the content calendar, campaign and ad-results forms every week.
    • Watch competitors and customer feedback, and tell the founder what you learn.
    • Work with the Sales & Distribution Officer on launches and outlet promotions.

    Who we are looking for

    • You have run social media or ads for a consumer brand. Food, beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands all count.
    • You can write good captions and short promotional copy.
    • You know the basics of Meta Ads Manager.
    • You can make clean designs in Canva or a similar tool.
    • You can read basic numbers: spend, clicks, orders and cost per customer.
    • You are organised and work well without being chased.
    • You live in or very close to Igbogbo, Ikorodu, because Wednesdays are onsite.

This role is not for you if

You measure success by followers, pretty feeds, viral posts or likes with no sales behind them. We measure it like this: reach, interest, trial, purchase, repeat.

    How we measure you

    • New customers from marketing.
    • Cost to get one new customer.
    • Ad spend versus orders.
    • Which posts and ads bring in purchases.
    • More customers reordering.
    • Content posted on schedule.

Pay: ₦120,000 per month, depending on experience and proven results
