Organize and coordinate the activities of team members.
Ensure to meet all sales quotas and goals.
Assist sales team members to meet and exceed goals.
Work with the sales team on closing sales.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance sales metrics
Grow the Company's client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e banking product offerings.
Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation
Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries
Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction and boost customer service experience
Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix
Executes marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Requirements
Minimum of OND from a reputable institution
Minimum of 5 years experience marketing Micro Finance Bank services
