• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in grant writing, project coordination, or nonprofit management.Essential Knowledge: Strong grant writing and research skills, numeracy, and financial literacy.

Responsibilities (What the Role Does)

• Funding & Compliance:
• Research and identify suitable grant opportunities.Develop and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements.Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.Stay informed about relevant funding regulations and best practices.
• Project Execution & Reporting:
• Manage grant application processes and maintain accurate documentation.Coordinate project planning, execution, and reporting in compliance with grant guidelines.Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for funders and management.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure grant-funded projects meet objectives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate complex ideas).Strong interpersonal skills (ability to build relationships and collaborate).Outgoing, helpful disposition (ability to deal with people respectfully, diplomatically, and firmly).
