Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our faculty as a Senior Lecturer in the MSc Data Science program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education, engaging in research, and fostering the development of future leaders in Data Science. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivering advanced courses in the MSc Data Science program. 
• Contributing to curriculum development to ensure its alignment with industry needs. 
• Providing mentorship and support to postgraduate students in their academic and professional journeys. 
• Engaging in scholarly research and contributing to the university's research objectives. 
• Participating in academic leadership and administrative roles as required. 

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field from a reputable institution. 
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a track record of effective curriculum development. 
• Active involvement in research with publications in reputable journals. 
• Experience in guiding and mentoring students at the postgraduate level. 
• Membership in professional organizations related to Data Science.
