Sales and Marketing Executive at Porch Integrated Services Limited

Job description

• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Nurture and build relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
• Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Attract prospective clients to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services and develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
• Identify investment opportunities or strategies and present to the GM, and Sales team for management decisions.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated and schedule appointments with prospective customers.

Professional Skills & Qualification

• A graduate of BSc/ HND from an accredited university, OND holders may be considered  
• Must have a strong sales and marketing background with a minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must display a good team spirit and willingness to learn
