This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Marketing Manager based in Lekki, Nigeria, with opportunities for remote work.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Decagon, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our offerings.
Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, defining target audiences, positioning products effectively, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive adoption, and tracking campaign performance to guide improvement. You will act as a key link between our product and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and engagement with market trends.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy to assess market opportunities and ensure impactful product positioning
Expertise and experience in Product Management and Product Marketing, including a deep understanding of product lifecycle and marketing strategies
Proficiency in Sales strategies and the ability to work closely with teams to boost product adoption and revenue growth
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and user feedback
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, adapting both in-office in Lekki and remote working scenarios
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; marketing certifications or advanced education is a plus
Experience within a tech or SaaS industry is advantageous
