    Assistant Sales Manager

    1. Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field. 
    2. A minimum of 5-10 years cognitive experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
    3. Driving experience required.
    4. Guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team, providing incentives to help them meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
    5. Monitoring the daily performance of the sales team, conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues or conflicts.
    6. Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
