Role Summary
The Marketing Officer will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and promote the products and services of our premium lifestyle brand and its various subsidiaries.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional marketing activities, driving high-impact content creation, managing social media presence, providing event support, and conducting market research to accelerate the group’s growth and overall brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels.
- Support the creation of high-impact marketing materials—including digital and print collateral, video content, and multi-channel assets—to represent the core brand and its diverse portfolio of subsidiaries.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with brand strategy and company objectives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage day-to-day activities on the core brand and subsidiaries' social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) to increase online engagement and followers.
- Track and analyse digital performance metrics, including reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Support SEO and online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve visibility and traffic.
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Assist in preparing press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Help maintain and update the company website and online directories.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Gather competitor information and provide insights for product positioning.
- Analyse customer feedback and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Events & Partnerships support
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, activations, and exhibitions.
- Support partnership initiatives by providing required marketing materials and logistics coordination.
- Represent the core brand and subsidiaries at events, ensuring professional brand presentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful campaigns are executed quarterly.
- Increase in engagement rate
- Compliance with brand guidelines in all communications.
- Effective coordination and participation in all scheduled marketing events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years’ experience in Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing or Sales.
- Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
- Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of wellness, spa, or lifestyle services is an advantage.
