Job Brief

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our team at our school.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education leadership, with excellent communication and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
• Develop and implement school policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Oversee curriculum development and implementation
• Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Build relationships with parents, students, and the wider community
• Drive academic excellence and student achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Postgraduate Degree in Education Leadership or Administration an added advantage
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in school leadership or administration
• Proven track record of academic excellence and school improvement
• Must have experience in a co- educational private secondary school with a boarding house system .
