IfeanHealth Orthopaedics is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator / Branding Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, strengthening our brand identity, and increasing our online presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos and videos for digital platforms.
• Design creative graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Work closely with different departments to create content for company programs, events, recruitment, and community outreach.
• Ensure all brand materials are consistent with the company's identity and messaging.
• Track content performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
