    People & Culture Intern

    Role Summary

    • The People & Culture Intern should provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture department during a maternity leave period.
    • The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment support, employee documentation, data management, and employee engagement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team.
    • Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
    • Assist in coordinating training and development activities.
    • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, queries, probation updates, etc.).
    • Support payroll documentation collation where required.
    • Assist with employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
    • Ensure proper filing (physical and electronic) of HR documents.
    • Carry out any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
    • 0 - 1 year experience (NYSC member or recent graduate preferred).
    • Basic understanding of HR processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
