Human Resource Manager
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Managing the recruiting and selection process, including job postings,screening ,interviewing ,and on boarding of new employees
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedure in line with company standard and labor regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records, documentation, and personnel files with strict confidentiality
- Coordinating staff performance appraisal processes and supporting management in performance evaluations
- Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Monitoring staff attendance,leave management, and overall workforce compliance with company policies
- Administering payroll coordination, employee benefits, and statutory obligations
- Identifying training needs and organizing staff development programs
- Ensuring full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirement
- Preparing periodic HR reports and providing strategic HR support to management
