    People & Culture (HR) Associate

    Responsibilities

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

    Employee Relations:

    • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
    • Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.

    Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
    • Facilitate onboarding sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process, including gathering feedback and assisting in performance reviews.
    • Maintain accurate records related to employee performance.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Coordinate benefits enrolment and changes.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
    • Gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

    Policy Implementation:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure employees are aware of and comply with company policies.

    Documentation and Record-keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

    Culture Building:

    • Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.

    Exit Interviews:

    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the offboarding process.

    Legal Compliance:

    • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Support HR in conducting audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
