We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations within our hospital. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage recruitment, performance systems, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting a high-performance healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospital objectives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing HR systems and structured reporting processes
