Business & Personal Banking Officer at a Microfinance Bank

We are seeking a results-driven Business & Personal Banking Officer to drive deposit mobilization, acquire and manage individual, SME, and corporate clients, promote the Bank's products, and facilitate quality loan opportunities. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about business development and relationship management.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in deposit mobilization, business banking, relationship management, or sales within a financial institution.
• Proven experience in deposit mobilization, SME/business banking, and credit marketing.
• Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of banking products, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Computer proficient, analytical, and able to consistently achieve business and revenue targets.
