    Operations Officer

    Role Description

    OTIC Surveys Limited is seeking a dependable and proactive Operations Officer to support daily operations both in the office and on the field. The ideal candidate will coordinate errands, support surveyors on-site, assist with logistics, and handle driving responsibilities when required.

    This position requires a responsible, physically fit individual who can multitask and ensure smooth workflow between the office and field teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and clerical support in the office.
    • Coordinate and run operational errands such as deliveries, purchases, and document handling.
    • Assist surveyors on-site by carrying equipment, setting up materials, or supporting basic field activities.
    • Drive company vehicles when required to support operational tasks.
    • Support general logistics and coordination between office and field teams.
    • Ensure timely execution of assigned operational duties.
    • Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Must reside around the Sangotedo, Lekki, or Chevron axis, or have reliable accommodation within these areas.
    • Minimum of HND/BSC qualification.
    • Must know how to drive very well and have a valid driver’s license.
    • NYSC members can apply (minimum of 10 months till POP).
    • Physically fit and willing to assist on-site.
    • Hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, and able to follow instructions.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
