    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
    • Advertise vacancies across appropriate channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
    • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
    • Liaise with departmental heads to understand hiring requirements.
    • Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment database.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Good knowledge of recruitment tools and HR practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
