Human Resources Manager at Ekondo Microfinance Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the bank’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and promote a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Drive staff engagement, welfare, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional certification (CIPM, CIBN, SHRM, or CIPD) required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
