Content Creator at Picadailys

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative, versatile, and social media–savvy Content Creator to help bring the Picadailys brand to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in storytelling, trend awareness, and creating engaging content that connects with our audience and drives participation on the app.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content (videos, reels, graphics, stories, and captions) for Picadailys’ social media pages and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute creative content ideas aligned with ongoing trends, app activities, and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and user engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for challenges, features, and brand storytelling.
• Monitor performance metrics, track audience engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, pop culture, and viral content styles relevant to Picadailys’ target audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or influencer (portfolio or sample links required).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Proficiency in basic content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a passion for creating relatable content.
• Self-driven, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in lifestyle, youth, or fintech brands is a plus.
