ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing short-let hospitality brand managing luxury 1-bedroom apartments in Lekki Phase 1, and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized Short-Let Property Manager.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a few high-standard 1-bedroom apartments – making sure they are always clean, functional, and ready to give guests a true 5-star experience. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests, the cleaner, and technicians.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, pays attention to details, and wants to grow with a serious but friendly owner who is building for the long term.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Management
- Handle all guest communication (pre-arrival, check-in, check-out and during stay).
- Verify guest identification before check-in.
- Share check-in instructions, house rules, and support guests during their stay.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow up after checkout and encourage guests to leave honest reviews.
Operations & Housekeeping
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with the cleaner for every guest turnover.
- Inspect apartments after cleaning to ensure they meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and restock linens, toiletries, water, and other consumables.
- Make sure apartments are always neat, smelling fresh, and guest-ready.
- Report and track any damages or missing items immediately.
Maintenance & Facility Oversight
- Identify maintenance issues early and report them.
- Coordinate technicians (electricians, plumbers, AC repairers) when needed.
- Ensure 24/7 light, WiFi and utilities are working as expected.
- Monitor generator and inverter usage and keep simple records.
Administrative Duties
- Update Booking.com calendar and availability when required.
- Keep simple records of daily operations, income, expenses and issues.
- Prepare a short weekly update on bookings, reviews and apartment condition.
- Work with the owner to optimize pricing and improve guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum OND / HND / BSc.
- Experience in short-let, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and very trustworthy.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Must live within Lekki, Ikate, Oniru, or nearby areas.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic online tools.
- Some evening and weekend availability is required (based on guest check-ins).
