Responsibilties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and meets quality standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development when required.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform management of shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaborately with kitchen and service staff.
- Minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
- Ensure timely preparation of meal service demands.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
