    Community Sales Agent

    The Community Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned neighborhoods and local communities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with residents, local businesses, and organizations, while identifying opportunities to promote and sell the company’s products/services. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and deeply engaged with the community, using outreach, events, and market awareness to meet sales targets. By understanding community needs, the Community Sales Agent tailors solutions that improve customer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and contribute to overall business expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through community outreach, networking events, social gatherings, and referrals; actively follow up on leads.
    • Building Local Relationships: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with local businesses, households, and community groups to support continuous sales growth.
    • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present products/services confidently, explain features, showcase benefits, and guide prospects toward informed purchase decisions.
    • Closing Sales & Meeting Targets: Convert prospects into paying customers, negotiate terms, and consistently achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly, maintaining ongoing communication, and encouraging repeat business.
    • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor local trends, gather competitor insights, and provide reports to management to support strategic planning.
    • Community Engagement: Participate in community events, door-to-door outreach, and brand activations to generate awareness and new sales opportunities.
    • Collaboration With Marketing: Work with the marketing team to execute localized campaigns, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
    • Tailored Sales Approach: Understand the unique needs of each community and customize sales strategies to increase conversions and build strong brand loyalty.

    Gross Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000
