Post openings on job sites: post all available roles online, Shortlist candidates that meet the selection criteria for interviews, develop interview questions and score sheets and conduct interviews.
Oversee submission and verification of employment documents, plan induction session for new hires, schedule on-the-job training for new hires.
Managing KPI, monitor compliance, create a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets including the head office.
Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter, implement innovative engagement strategies.
Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistle blowing.
Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems.
Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.
