    HR OFFICER

    Location: Onireke, Ibadan

    Working Schedule: Mon-Fri

    Duties:

    1. Post openings on job sites: post all available roles online, Shortlist candidates that meet the selection criteria for interviews, develop interview questions and score sheets and conduct interviews.
    2. Oversee submission and verification of employment documents, plan induction session for new hires, schedule on-the-job training for new hires.
    3. Managing KPI, monitor compliance, create a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets including the head office.
    4. Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
    5. Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter, implement innovative engagement strategies. 
    6. Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistle blowing.
    7. Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems. 
    8. Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.

    Senior Chattered Accountant

    REPORTS TO: The MD

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage her financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in core accounting software such as QuickBooks, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
    • Manage and maintain the company\'s Peachtree accounting software system, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and relevant stakeholders
    • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
    • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
    • Inventory and stock management

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field
    • At least 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural industry
    • Proficient in core accounting software, with experience in data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • ACA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certifications is highly required
    • Experience in financial planning and budgeting
    • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations

    Duties:

    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Manage content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, and Pinterest.

    Procurement Officer

    Role Overview

    As the Procurement Officer, you will be the backbone of our client’s restaurant’s supply chain. Your primary mission is to ensure they have the highest quality ingredients and supplies at the best possible prices, ensuring the kitchen never runs out of what it needs to serve her guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and vet reliable suppliers for fresh produce, meats, dry goods, and beverages. Maintain strong relationships to ensure priority service.
    • Purchasing: Place daily and weekly orders based on inventory levels and kitchen requirements.
    • Cost Control: Negotiate pricing and contracts to stay within budget without compromising on quality. Regularly compare market prices to ensure we are getting the best deal.
    • Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming deliveries for freshness, correct weight, and quality standards. Manage returns or credits for sub-par items.
    • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes and work closely with the Head Chef to minimize food waste and manage \"First In, First Out\" (FIFO) rotation.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices, delivery notes, and inventory logs for the accounting team.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards and different types of seasonal produce/ingredients.
    • Negotiation: Strong communication skills with a knack for getting the best value for money.
    • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple delivery schedules simultaneously.
    • Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Excel or restaurant management/inventory software.
