Industry: Ready-to-Wear (RTW), Couture, Structured Unisex Fashion
We are seeking a Creative Assistant who understands fashion production, social media-driven demand, and internal coordination between creative ideas and factory reality.
This role supports the Creative Direction, Production Flow, and Online Demand Monitoring of the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Production Support
- Assist in translating design ideas into production-ready concepts
- Help organize:
- Style references
- Design notes
- Fabric usage ideas
- Ensure designs released online align with:
- Factory capacity
- Available fabrics
- Production timelines
Online Demand & Order Visibility
- Monitor:
- Instagram comments
- DMs
- Page inquiries related to products
- Identify:
- Repeated customer requests
- Trending styles/sizes/colors
- Report insights to:
- Sales team
- Production team
- Flag potential orders to Sales (without handling transactions)
Coordination Role
- Act as a bridge between:
- Creative ideas
- Sales feedback
- Production reality
- Support photoshoots, drops, and content planning
- Ensure brand presentation remains consistent
Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain simple logs for:
- Popular designs
- Customer demand patterns
- Design performance
- Help prevent confusion between:
- Bespoke vs RTW
- Online display vs factory output
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in:
- Fashion brand
- RTW company
- Fashion content/production environment
- Strong understanding of:
- Garments
- Fabrics
- RTW vs Couture workflow
- Social media–savvy (Instagram is key)
- Organised, observant, and detail-oriented
- Must communicate clearly and work within systems
- This is NOT a beginner or learning role
SALARY & WORK STRUCTURE
- ₦100,000 – ₦180,000 monthly (based on experience)
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional Saturday support when needed
