HR Business Partner – Operations

- Location Ogun

- Salary Range Above ₦1,000,000/month
The role provides strategic and hands-on HR support to factory leadership and workforce, with responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business/Social Sciences or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- CIPM or other recognized HR certification
- 10–12 years HR experience, including manufacturing/factory environment
- Strong experience in employee/industrial relations and union negotiations
- Excellent people management and communication skills
