    HR Business Partner – Operations

    The role provides strategic and hands-on HR support to factory leadership and workforce, with responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Business/Social Sciences or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
    • CIPM or other recognized HR certification
    • 10–12 years HR experience, including manufacturing/factory environment
    • Strong experience in employee/industrial relations and union negotiations
    • Excellent people management and communication skills
