Job Brief:

• We are currently seeking a smart HR assistant with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. The role involves providing HR management support in areas like recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all the employee aspects within the company.
• Assisting with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Recruitment of new and talented candidates
• Supporting employee relations by addressing employee queries and concerns.
• Assisting with payroll tasks
• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource Functions
• ⁠Must have strong experience in Recruitment
• Good understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Outsourcing/ HR consulting experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proximity to the job location is key
