    HR Generalist

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support the overall people strategy of the organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance
    • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives
    • Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, and HR records
    • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3–5 years experience in a similar HR Generalist role
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

    Salary
    N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
